Transfers
To guarantee your booking, we only accept online payments through our secure booking form. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay for your convenience. Rest assured, we use only official and safe payment methods to ensure your reservation is confirmed and your information is protected.
The earlier you book, the better! However, we recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance to ensure availability. If you’re making a last-minute booking, it’s best to call us directly to confirm at +306986703257.
How to Complete Your Booking
Enter Pickup Details
Start by entering your pickup date, time, passenger count, and both the pickup and drop-off addresses. This ensures we have all the necessary details for your transfer.Select Your Vehicle
In the second step, you’ll enter the number of luggage items you’re bringing. Our system will filter the available vehicles based on your luggage and passenger count, showing you the appropriate options. You’ll also have the opportunity to choose larger or more premium vehicles if you need more space or want an upgraded experience.Customize Your Options
Once you select your vehicle, the page will automatically scroll down to show you extra options:- Child Seats: If you’re traveling with children, you can add the appropriate child seat based on their age.
- You can also add multiple child seats or additional notes for each selected option.
- Meet and Greet: If you’d like your driver to meet you in the arrival hall with a sign, you can choose the Meet and Greet option. Otherwise, you’ll contact the driver directly via WhatsApp and meet outside the arrival hall.
Enter Contact Details
On the next page, you’ll need to provide your contact details. We recommend downloading WhatsApp for easy communication with your driver. You can also leave comments about your transfer if necessary.Double Check Luggage & Special Requests
You’ll be asked to double-check the luggage information. If needed, you can also specify the size of your luggage. Additionally, if you’re bringing a pet or require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, you’ll have the option to select these needs.Travel Information
If you’re arriving by flight, ship, train, or bus, the system will prompt you to enter your flight number, ship name, train details, or bus details. This helps us track your arrival and ensure timely pickup.Review and Confirm
After confirming all details, you’ll be able to review your booking. Once everything looks good, proceed to make your payment.Receive Confirmation
After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking, including pickup time, location, and driver contact info.
Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As long as you’ve received this email, your pickup is confirmed from the airport, port, hotel, or any other location you selected. Shortly after, you will receive a second email with your driver’s details, allowing you to contact them directly if needed. For emergencies, you can reach us at +306986703257.
If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to worry. We monitor the flight number you provided and will adjust our pickup time accordingly to match your actual arrival. However, if you’re aware of a delay ahead of time, it’s always a good idea to contact us or your driver for an update. Either way, you can rest assured that we’ll be there for you when you arrive.
If your flight arrives early, we’ll do our best to be there when you land. We track the flight number you provided, so there’s no need to worry. Rest assured, we’ll be there on time to pick you up.
All our drivers use WhatsApp, so we recommend downloading and registering the app, even if you plan to use it for just a few days. It’s the quickest and most reliable way to contact your driver, as long as you have an internet connection. The airport offers free Wi-Fi, so you can easily connect and reach out to your driver upon landing. Alternatively, you can also contact us via the phone numbers or email provided on our website. The safety of your children is our priority, and we comply with all local laws regarding child safety seats to ensure a safe and secure journey.
We provide:
- Booster Seat: Required for children aged 3–12 years.
- Child Seat: Required for children aged 6 months to 3 years.
- Infant Seat: Required for children aged 0–6 months.
Please note that customers must book these seats in advance when traveling with children in these age groups. Failure to pre-book the appropriate seat may result in a refusal of service.
We provide our guests with complimentary time to account for passport control, luggage pickup, restroom breaks, and other potential delays.
- Airport Pickup: Complimentary waiting time of 1 hour starts from the time the flight lands at Athens International Airport, even if delayed. If the flight lands on time but your scheduled pickup time is later, the waiting time begins from the scheduled pickup time.
- Port or Train Station Pickup: Complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes starts from the time the ship or train arrives, even if delayed. If the ship or train arrives on time but your scheduled pickup time is later, the waiting time begins from the scheduled pickup time.
- Hotel, Sightseeing Rides, and Other Pickup Locations: Complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes starts from the scheduled pickup time.
If you fail to arrive within the specified time and do not contact us, you will be marked as a No-Show. No refund will be issued in the event of a No-Show.
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your arrival time. If your new flight is arriving at the same time as your original booking, please inform us as early as possible to ensure a smooth pickup.
If your new flight is arriving at a different time:
- Notice given at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup: No extra charge.
- Notice given 6–12 hours before the scheduled pickup: There will be an additional charge of 50% of the transfer cost, on top of the new transfer fee. If you choose to cancel, only 50% of the transfer fee will be refunded.
For changes made less than 6 hours before the pickup time, the full transfer fee will apply, and any adjustments will be treated as a new booking.
Sightseeing Rides
An official tour guide is not included, as the focus of the experience is on the driver’s perspective and local insights. While our drivers are highly knowledgeable about the destinations, they are not licensed tour guides and cannot provide the same depth of historical details. If you would like to include a licensed tour guide in your experience, please reach out to us via email after your booking is confirmed.

Yes, you can arrange a pickup from any location within Athens or the surrounding areas. Whether you’re at your hotel, a private residence, or any other spot, we’ll ensure a convenient and timely pick-up for your journey. If your pickup is from the airport or port, please note that an additional transfer cost will apply. Simply provide your pickup details when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Tickets for museums, temples, and other historical sites in Greece can be purchased at the entrance of each location, or you can buy them in advance online. For convenience, we recommend booking tickets ahead of time to avoid long lines and ensure availability. We recommend using getyourguide.com for easy online booking. You can find ticket information and options for various attractions on their platform or through official websites of the sites.

Helpful Tips
If anyone in your group has special needs or requires advanced accessibility, please let us know when booking, and we will ensure your needs are met and your tour is customized accordingly.
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and footwear, and bringing wet weather gear if rain is anticipated. Please be aware that modest attire is required for religious sites—knees and shoulders must be covered.
In the summer, the sun can be quite strong, even on overcast days. We advise wearing a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen to shield yourself from the sun. Also, make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
We recommend carrying some cash (euros) with you, even though most places accept card payments, as it can be useful for small vendors or unexpected situations.
Photography is allowed at most historical sites, unless stated otherwise.
If you choose to be dropped off at Acropolis Hill, the admission fees are as follows:
- Acropolis Hill: €20 per person (€10 from 1st November to 31st March)
- No admission fee for:
- Children under 18 years old (please bring a valid ID)
- University students from the EU (please bring a valid Student ID)
- Journalists
Admission is free on the following dates:
- 6th March
- 18th April
- 18th May
- 5th June
- The last weekend of September
- Please note that our drivers are not licensed tour guides and will not accompany you into the local attractions. However, you can hire a professional tour guide for an additional fee.
- For your safety, please avoid distracting the driver during challenging driving conditions.
- Your driver will drop you off and pick you up as close as possible to your destination, while always adhering to local traffic laws.
