These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by Romino Taxi (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local and national laws.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Customers can request a taxi through our website. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment:

    • Payments for services can be processed via WooCommerce, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or direct bank transfer to our Eurobank account.
    • Prices listed on the website include all taxes, legal fees, and the total cost of the transfer. The displayed price is the final price unless the customer opts to pay via direct bank transfer, where transaction fees may apply (paid by the customer).
    • For longer trips (distances over 65km), the customer can view the price on the booking form but is advised to contact us first to confirm the fare.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 12 Hours or More Before Pickup: Full refund, minus transaction fees.

  • Cancellation Between 6 and 12 Hours Before Pickup: 50% refund, minus transaction fees.

  • Cancellation Less Than 6 Hours Before Pickup: No refund will be issued.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. For direct bank transfers, refunds will be issued to the same bank account from which payment was made.

  • Transaction Fees: The customer is responsible for paying any transaction fees related to the payment method used (e.g., credit card fees, bank charges).

4. No-Show Policy

  • Airport Pickup: Complimentary waiting time of 1 hour from the time the flight lands at Athens International Airport.
  • Port or Train Station Pickup: Complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
  • Hotel, Sightseeing, and Other Pickup Locations: Complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

If you fail to arrive within the specified time and do not contact us, you will be marked as a No-Show. No refund will be issued in the event of a No-Show.

5. Delays and Refunds

  • Delays Over 15 Minutes: If the pickup is delayed for more than 15 minutes from the scheduled time, and no valid force majeure event can be demonstrated (e.g., extreme weather, traffic accidents), the customer is entitled to a full refund.
  • Force Majeure: Events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, accidents, or strikes, will not result in refunds unless the delay exceeds 15 minutes without an acceptable cause.

6. Service Area
